Tunku Azizah Knowledge Centre Ibrahim Saad Learning Hub (TAKCISLH), formerly known as Ibrahim Saad Resource Centre, was officially inaugurated by YB Dato’ Seri Dr Ibrahim Saad on 25th August 2005. The name of the resource centre was depicted to honour him as the founding President of UniKL at that time. The Ibrahim Saad Learning Hub is a section under the Dean’s Office and is headed by a Librarian assisted by four administrative staff.

TAKCISLH building is visibly accessible to all users. It is located nearby the main entrance of UniKL MICET campus and close to the Student Development and Campus Lifestyle (SDCL) office. With an area of approximately 3,568 square feet, the two storey building can accommodate about 197 users at a time.

The library collection in various fields of study especially in science and technology has been intensified to support teaching, learning and research activities. At the end of December 2017, the library had a total collection of 9,238 printed titles including 16 databases titles pertaining to Chemical and Bio-Engineering Technology.  The library has adopted the Integrated Library System (KOHA) program to manage its computer system. This system enables users to gain convenient and access to the information of the facilities or collections available at the library. The search for the library collections can be accessed by WebOPAC, an online library catalogue via the library website at http://library.unikl.edu.my.

Currently, the library users have complete access to full text content from e books and e journals. Library has developed digital content called UniKL Institutional Repository (UniKL IR) consisting of final year projects (FYP), past years exam papers, research paper and student’s award-winning projects. UniKL MICET community can access library online database out campus through Ez-proxy.
